Impotence, or erectile dysfunction (ED), is a prevalent kind of sexual dysfunction in males when they have difficulty getting or maintaining an erection. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to treating anorexia nervosa. The finest medicine or therapy for one man may not be the best for another.

As many as 70% of healthy men might expect to get an erection strong enough to initiate sex. Depending on your finances and lifestyle, you may have to pick a prescription. Cialis (tadalafil) has a long-lasting impact, therefore it may be the ideal option if you have sex more often.

What are the signs and symptoms of erectile dysfunction?

Sexual intercourse is prevented at least 25 percent of the time by continuous difficulty to generate an adequate erection. Stress, exhaustion, drinking or relationship problems may all impair a man’s ability to develop or keep an erection from time to time.

The following are some signs and symptoms for a male with Erectile dysfunction:

  • No erections at all, no matter how hard you try.
  • There are instances when people can’t obtain an erection, but not all the time
  • An insufficiently long-lasting erection

Even though erectile dysfunction (ED) is more frequent in older men, it is not a feature of growing older. To get an erection, men who are older may require more sexual stimulation, such as caressing or massaging. It’s possible that they’ll need lengthier intervals between erections. Diabetic or prostate disease must be excluded if a man over the age of 50 is experiencing difficulty having or maintaining an adequate erection for sexual activity. Medication to treat erectile dysfunction in Ghana, including several brands and formulations of Viagra.

What is Erectile Dysfunction?

As a medical term, “erectile dysfunction” refers to any of the following: premature ejaculation, impotence, weak erection,  watery sperm, low, poor libido, and sperm count. In Ghana and across the world, erectile dysfunction is the most prevalent cause of male infertility.

However, erectile dysfunction is usually curable with medication, exercise, and even surgery. The following are some of the most often prescribed erectile dysfunction drugs in Ghana.

In Ghana, Viagra is the most often prescribed medication for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. It improves a man’s ability to maintain an erection, excitement, and sex life span.

Male erection dysfunction may be treated with Sildenafil (impotence or erectile dysfunction-ED). In conjunction with sexual stimulation, sildenafil increases blood flow to the penis in order to assist a man to achieve and maintaining an erection. Sildenafil does not provide protection against sexually transmitted illnesses such as HIV, Hepatitis B, Syphilis, Gonorrhoea, and the like. Be aware of this, use condoms while using Viagra.

Priligy/Dapoxetine

Erectile dysfunction caused by depression may be treated with this medication. Premature ejaculation is treated with the SSRI medication dapoxetine, which was created specifically for that purpose. As a result, ejaculation may take longer and the ability to control it may be improved. Because it works so rapidly, it’s best taken when you know you’ll be having sex, rather than on a daily basis. Before having sex, you must take it for 1-3 hours.

The drug clomipramine

Anafranil is the brand name under which this drug is sold. Numerous research investigations have shown that clomipramine, a tricyclic antidepressant (TCA), is beneficial in treating premature ejaculation (PE) at doses of 25 or 50 mg daily. Clomipramine was first used to treat obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Paroxetine

SSRIs (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors) are the most often prescribed prescription for males with depression, and they are normally taken as pills. Depression is often treated with SSRIs like paroxetine. Premature ejaculation may be treated using one of SSRI’s negative effects: increasing the amount of time before ejaculation occurs.
