- 8 waffle cones
- 32 cups whole milk ricotta cheese
- 1 and 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon candied orange peel
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix until smooth and creamy.
If using a piping bag, transfer the ricotta filling into it for easy filling of the cones. Otherwise, use a spoon to fill each waffle cone with the ricotta mixture.
Sprinkle chocolate chips, chopped pistachios, and candied orange peel on top of the ricotta filling, allowing the flavors to meld together.
Drizzle honey over the filled Cannoli Cones for an extra touch of sweetness and flavor.
